Important Hire Information
• The hirer MUST pay the hiring fee upon DELIVERY and SETUP
of the equipment.
• The inflatable MUST be erected on a grassed area only,
unless supervised by Mini Jump Staff.
• A Mini Jump Staff member will notify you at the soonest
possible time, should weather conditions be unsuitable or unsafe
for inflatable units. Mini Jump does not charge a cancellation
fee under these conditions.
• Due to the weight and size of the equipment, delivery
staff require an unobstructed path to the area of unit inflation.
As most hirers prefer a backyard setup, a normal side access entry
is optimal.
• A normal house-hold 240V power outlet is required to inflate
the devise, we supply the leads.
Suitability of your site: choosing a location
When you consider hiring a castle or slide the most important
thing to consider is the location site, including the size. If you
are unsure, we would be only to happy to discuss this with you or
provide a free site inspection. Below are a few safety suggestions
to consider.
Consider the area's size and where it is most level, sloping
areas can inhibit the safety and inflation of the unit. A
slight slope should not cause a problem and can be overcome
with the use of extra anchorage.
Overhanging branches can easily be overlooked and can prevent
the inflation of the castle or slide. Powerlines, rocks, roots,
or other conditions can be unsafe and may damage the inflatable.
It is better to be sure, than to be stressed out on the day to
find out your inflatable is a no-go. Our staff will endeavour
to suggest an alternative safe area, whilst we understand it may
be disappointing, it is in everyone’s best interests that
the inflatable be safely set up to prevent injury or damage.
Some locations such as; Halls or Council property (parks, reserves,
ovals) require prior approval, if you are unsure, you should inquire
with the venue owner or local council. Usually they will require
a copy of our Insurance Certificate, please ensure you can provide
us with the correct details to forward this information to prevent
any delay.
